Goods worth millions of naira were destroyed in a fire that broke out on Sunday evening at Ajah Market, near Alesh Bus Stop in Lekki, Lagos State.
The fire, which started around 9 pm, engulfed several shops and stores filled with combustible materials.
The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), in collaboration with the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Services, responded promptly to contain the blaze.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
