Houston police in the United States have arrested 29-year-old Kendrick Rayvon Fisher on charges of capital murder. He is accused of fatally stabbing his 28-year-old sister and her two-year-old daughter.
The tragic incident occurred early on Friday morning. Police were alerted by a concerned individual reporting a hostage situation at a flat on Richmond near Shadowbriar. Upon arrival, officers found Fisher asleep on a sofa. A search of the flat revealed the lifeless bodies of the mother and child, both bearing multiple stab wounds.
Fisher, who had injuries consistent with a physical altercation, was taken into custody and charged with capital murder. He is currently being held at Harris County Jail.
