A 60-year-old air conditioning repairman, identified only as Najeem, tragically lost his life while working on an air conditioning unit at a home on Adams Ajakaya Street, Olambe Junction, on Friday, 13th December.
The homeowner, Abraham Popoola, reported the incident to the Ajuwon Divisional Police. He explained that Najeem, from Ikorodu, Lagos State, was attempting to refill the gas in an air conditioner when he fell from a ladder, striking his head on the concrete floor. The impact caused severe head injuries, leading to his immediate death.
Police officers from the Ajuwon Division visited the scene, documented the incident, and subsequently transported the body to the Life Channel Mortuary.
